Carlos Bacca has joined Sevilla FC
Club Brugge have agreed a fee with Sevilla FC for the immediate transfer of top scorer Carlos Bacca.
The Pro Footballer of the 2012-2013 season has signed a four-year contract at Los Rojiblancos. Carlos will leave the Club Brugge training camp in Manchester and join his new team in Spain to prepare for the next season under coach Unai Emery.
Carlos Bacca: "This is truly a dream come true. When I came to Europe it has always been my dream to play in the Primera División. It would have been a huge disappointment if Club Brugge and Sevilla FC had failed to reach an agreement. I am already 27-years-old so for me this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I have had an amazing spell at Club Brugge, the fans are brilliant and I will remember them for the rest of my life. And I'm happy to say that this transfer is not only gone well for me, but it's also the biggest transfer in the club's history. And I can honestly say I'm quite proud of that."
