Kyriani Sabbe started playing football at a young age at KVC Ichtegem. Shortly after his first games on the football pitch, he made the switch to Club Brugge.
On 31 January 2021, Sabbe got his first spot in the starting XI for Club NXT U23 against RFC Seraing. At the age of 16 years and 5 days, he became the youngest player ever to play in the Challenger Pro League.
In March 2022, Kyriani extended his contract until 2024. Since November 2022, he officially became part of the first team.
On 2 April 2023, the right-back made his debut for Blauw-Zwart (Club Brugge) during the away game against KV Mechelen. Just a month later, he provided his first assist at the Jan Breydel stadium. A precise cross was finished by Jutglà. His strong performances lead to a extending of his contract until 2025.
