Based on the need to build on who we are as Club Brugge and what we stand for, a 'Code of Ethics' was drawn up. In an increasingly global and complex football world, as a club we want to promote our core ethical values and inspire our daily actions.
This 'Code of Ethics' explicitly endorses the legal frameworks we face as a football organisation. Moreover, we want to go beyond obeying the law. We want to show that we value ethics and that our ethical DNA is the inspiration and touchstone for everything we do.
The 'Code of Ethics' applies to everyone involved with the Club in any relation: players, coaches, board members, fans, referees, football agents, volunteers, scouts, parents and family of (youth) players, partners, sponsors and other employees or stakeholders.

Club Brugge provides the possibility for reporting in the Code of Ethics, both for internal employees and external stakeholders. These reports are treated confidentially through an external platform. External stakeholders can make reports regarding the scope of the Code of Ethics and the scope of the Belgian law of November 28, 2022, concerning 'the protection of whistleblowers of violations of Union or national law established within a legal entity in the private sector' ("The Whistleblower Law") via this link.
