Kristof Aelbrecht is the Talent Coach within the A core. The Belgian former professional soccer player played in his career as a striker in the Eredivisie and First Division at clubs such as Vitesse, Helmond Sport, MVV and FC Eindhoven.

Aelbrecht has extensive experience as a coach. He was active from 2010 to 2018 as youth coach at PSV after which he became assistant coach at Fortuna Sittard. In 2021, he coordinated youth at PSV. In 2022, he became head coach at Top Oss.

Since March 18, 2023, Aelbrecht joins the coaching staff of Club NXT U23. He is Hayk Milkon's right-hand man as assistant coach.

Starting from season 2023-2024 he will be part of the staff of the A-core as Talent Coach.
