The votes have been counted. No less than 55% of the votes went to our captain Hans Vanaken which means he wins the "Player Of The Year" trophee for the second time in his career at Club. This season Vanaken won the "Player Of The Month" trophy three times.
After a fantastic season in which Hans once again prevailed in midfield, he may call himself the Bruges Player Of The Year for a year. Igor Thiago (18%) and Maxim De Cuyper (7%) are second and third in the standings. No fewer than 5.352 fans casted their votes.
