Star players Lenn and Liam De Smet sign a contract until 2025 at Club NXT. The twins were of great value with our U23 in the Challenger Pro League last season.
Lenn and Liam are very much at home at Club Brugge. The two youth products went through all youth series and made their first minutes for Club NXT U23 in the 2020 - 2021 season. Three years later, they are a fixture in Robin Veldman's selection.
Lenn was the team's top shooter last season with 8 goals (including 6 in the last 10 games) and 2 assists in 28 matches. Our wing attacker played 2287 minutes this season, making him the third best, just behind brother Liam.
Liam stood his ground in midfield this season, playing in every match in the league. A total of a whopping 2405 playing minutes.
So the brothers will get payback for their efforts after a strong season and sign on until 2025. On Monday, July 8, they will begin preparations for next season with Club NXT U23.
