Jackers (25) is set to become the backup goalkeeper for Club Brugge behind Simon Mignolet. After Joe Bursik's injury, Blauw-Zwart was in search of an additional goalkeeper to complete the goalkeeping squad alongside Mignolet and Shinton.
Jackers is a Belgian youth international and a product of the Genk goalkeeper school. In the 2021-2022 season, he served as the captain of SK Beveren in the Challenger Pro League before making the move to OH Leuven.
