May 10, 1978. A date still etched in the memory of many Club fans. With more than 25,000 across the channel towards Wembley for the European Cup I final against Liverpool. You can rekindle the memories of those days starting today with our new away kit.
There is the striking V-collar like back then and the blue sleeves with black accents provide an extra touch. Moreover, the pattern on the sleeves also returns in the white surface and in the shorts to make everything a whole. The monotone logo was also teleported from the good old days and our No Sweat No Glory slogan was re-embroidered on the neck. The back of the socks features 1891.
ECO shirt
Did you know that the shirt is made of Macron Eco Fabric? A thread made from 100% PET recycled polyester and certified by the Global Recyle Standard.
The thread does not lose any of its original values during washing and the production process requires less energy so for each shirt some 13 half-liter bottles were recycled. For Club, this amounts to a whopping 260,000 PET bottles!
