Ronny Deila is a Norwegian soccer coach and former professional soccer player.

He was coach of IL Brodd and Strømsgodset. With the latter club, he won the Norwegian Cup in 2010. Deila was coach of Celtic from 2014 to mid-2016, with whom he became Scottish national champion twice and won the cup once. Deilia reached an agreement with Valerenga in July 2016 to start working there on Jan. 1, 2017. On July 1, 2022, he became coach of Standard. As of season 2023/2024, he will be coach of Blauw-Zwart.
