Following the events at Standard Liege last Sunday, Club Brugge yesterday filed a case with the KBVB's Civil Exclusion Chamber against 24 supporters. Club is not waiting for the outcome and is taking further steps.
Both Club Brugge and its supporters are shocked by the racist greeting seen in the Standard away box Sunday night. The entire Club Brugge family immediately condemned this action. Yesterday, Club took further steps, identified 24 supporters and filed a case against them with the Civil Exclusion Chamber of the KBVB, which should lead to a stadium ban.
Club is now not waiting for the outcome of that file and is refusing to allow 34 supporters (24 identified yesterday + 10 supporters identified today) to attend all of Club's home and away matches.
Club continues to stress that there is no place for misbehavior within the blue and black family and that it will continue to take proactive action against people who are not worthy of wearing our Club colors.
